RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We accept returns for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be in original condition, with swing tags attached, hygiene stickers in place, unworn and unwashed.

* Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to return:

Email us at info@jalasans.com.au with your order number, reason for return, full name, and email address. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Important:

* Refunds are only available within 14 days of delivery.

* Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and approved.

* Items deemed faulty will be fully refunded, including shipping, once assessed.

Please note: We do not accept returns on items that are not in original condition, or if hygiene stickers/swing tags are missing.
