➤ Jala Sans will accept all items back for a store credit or an exchange if you're not happy with them, we do not refund.
➤ Email- info@jalasans.com.au with your order number, reason of return, along with your full name, and email address within 14 days of you receiving your order.
➤ All items must be in original condition with attached swing tags, hygiene sticker, unworn and unwashed, we will not accept if these are not in place.
➤ Jala Sans does not provide refunds on any item unless proven faulty.
➤ All exchanges will be emailed a store credit when we approve the item.
➤ As the customer you are responsible to send back the item to the address provided upon the return email.
